Can Someone Work as a Teacher Without a Degree?

If you are looking for a career in teaching young school children, you will need special credentials from an accredited institution. Our campus supports building careers for early childhood educators with professional networking for students. As a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (AEYC), Athena is a solid bridge to a teaching career.

Steps to Landing a Teaching Job

The professional path to becoming a teacher is unique in each state. It usually takes at least a Bachelor's Degree. In Ohio an easier route to a teaching career is for early childhood educators, who can receive training and a degree from an accredited school such as Athena. You will have to face a background check and pay upfront fees in the application process. Once you graduate you will have the proper credentials to begin teaching as an early childhood educator.Learn More About Our Early Childhood Education Program
